Why we exist
A small studio, built on a simple bet.

The bet
Arzisoft started in Lebanon on a hunch: that most founders don't need another AI wrapper. They need a human who gets both sides — their business and the tech rewriting it — and who stays in the room until the thing works.
We work across the stack: backend, data, frontend, on-device. Where AI earns its keep, we reach for it. Where it doesn't, we say so. Your job isn't to become an AI expert. Ours is to make sure you don't have to.
We take a few projects at a time, and we take them seriously. Senior attention end-to-end. No handoffs to juniors, no ghost-writing by agents, no losing the thread because a freelancer moved on.

We reach for LLMs, agents, and automation when they earn their seat. Where a cron job wins, a cron job wins. Where a human wins, a human wins. We don't sell you tech you don't need.
Design for the actual human.
Real people, real devices, real hands. No mock personas, no staging-only demos. If it doesn't work at 375px for someone who just learned what an API is, it doesn't work at all.
Own the problem, not the ticket.
We care about the outcome, not the scope doc. That means saying no to the feature that won't ship, yes to the boring fix that matters, and staying in the room until your numbers move.
