Messages in. Trips out.
Drivers send their start, each waypoint, and their end as normal WhatsApp messages. The dashboard turns those into trips with distance, duration, and expected fuel — automatically.
Arzisoft Products
WhatsApp-native fleet + fuel tracking for Lebanon.
Turn any WhatsApp group into a fleet tracker. No GPS devices, no fleet-grade hardware, no monthly per-vehicle fee — just phones, a group, and one bridge number. Self-hosted. Encrypted. Your data stays yours.
Opens in a new tab. Separate product, separate login — we don't ferry your data through arzisoft.com.
How it works
Four things it does — and none of them ask your drivers to learn new software.
Drivers send their start, each waypoint, and their end as normal WhatsApp messages. The dashboard turns those into trips with distance, duration, and expected fuel — automatically.
Upload fuel receipts. The system compares expected fuel against actual, flags the trips that don't match, and shows you exactly where the gap is — per truck, per driver, per route.
See who's on the road right now, where they last checked in, and how long until they arrive. No paid tracker, no hardware — just the phone already in their pocket.
Every message from an unknown sender gets logged, not silently dropped. Export trips, fuel, and variance to CSV for your accountant. The data shape is yours to keep.
Why it exists
Most operators we talked to in Lebanon were reconciling fuel by hand — paper receipts, driver phone calls, a spreadsheet nobody trusted. We built Arzisoft Fleet for that version of the problem, not the one the brochures assume.
Most fleet software assumes GPS devices, SIM trackers, and a budget to match. In Lebanon, most operators have none of those. Arzisoft Fleet assumes what you already have — phones and a WhatsApp group.
You run it on your own machine. Location data never leaves your infrastructure. Encrypted at rest. No cloud handoff, no foreign data broker, no monthly per-vehicle fee.
You need one phone logged into a WhatsApp account to bridge messages into the server. Every driver uses their own regular WhatsApp. No app to install, no training, no changing what they already do.
Open the app and click around. If you want help setting it up on your own server, we do that too — in person, hand in hand.
